Your role as a Senior Software Engineer for the GTM Tech Platform is pivotal in enabling the technology teams within Intuit's Go-To-Market organization. You'd be at the heart of strategies for acquiring, monetizing, and retaining customers for leading industry products, such as QuickBooks, TurboTax, and MailChimp.

Desirable candidates should have solid software development backgrounds, coupled with a strong technical understanding. This role requires a customer-centric mindset, effective execution capabilities, and a history of fruitful collaboration in software development. Your commitment to developing robust software architectures and delivering meaningful business results will be vital in succeeding in this position.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field

• 5+ years of experience with Java development

• Experience with AWS-based solutions, including EC2, S3, and Lambda

• Experience with Kafka, and other messaging systems

• Experience with Marketing Technology tools and platforms

• Experience developing microservices using RESTful APIs

• Proficient with database technologies like NoSQL (AWS DynamoDB, MongoDB)

• Familiarity with agile development processes

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to work independently on defined projects and tasks

How you will lead

• Design, develop and maintain microservices systems that drive our platform

• Collaborate with product owners and cross-functional teams to design and implement new features

• Ensure high-quality code by writing unit and integration tests

• Manage AWS infrastructure and implement scalable solutions

• Implement real-time data streaming using Kafka

• Utilize Customer Data Platform (CDP) experience

• Integrate with marketing technology tools and platforms

• Work with marketing stakeholders to define requirements and provide technical recommendations
