Job Description
Coordinates all aspects of internal information system-specific projects from initiation to delivery. Projects often involve network, server, or software implementation and upgrades, PC deployment and the like.The primary responsibilities of this role are project management and process support of global eInvoicing deployments at Oracle. This person will also be called upon as a GPO team leader to support additional A/R initiatives, including process improvements, system enhancements and upgrades. This highly skilled candidate will apply international business experience while leading and managing projects in compliance with statutory regulations, as well as Oracle policies. Solutions are developed in partnership with internal and external resources working across multiple platforms and strategies. The Project Manager has end-to-end ownership from concept through delivery and stabilization. This role will collaborate across functions with Finance, Tax, IT, GPOs, external vendors, and others as needed.
We are looking for a candidate that has a business or technical background in Receivables (preferred), Procurement, or Payables. They have experience mapping ERP system fields to inbound or outbound data files in electronic languages such as EDI or XML They demonstrate an understanding of the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle and of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Responsibilities
Key Project Management Responsibilities:
Identify and communicate statutory eInvoicing requirements applicable to Oracle
Investigate regulations and legislation using a wide array of resources
Take assigned projects from planning and discovery, testing and deployment through post go-live stabilization, operational support, and process improvement.
Log bugs and enhancements timely to close requirement gaps
Manage vendor deliverables
Delegate to project team with clearly defined responsibility and authority
Proactively identify and mitigate risks
Ensure project milestones are completed according to budget and schedule
Deliver project team member updates at scheduled intervals
Provide strong cross-functional team leadership and project oversight across time zones, cultures, resources
Create, maintain, and archive all project documentation, non-standard solution recommendations, exception approvals, decision history and training guides
Additional Responsibilities:
Effectively prioritize workload while overseeing multiple critical projects simultaneously
Manage statutory upgrades and updates to existing deployments
Manage / participate in other AR projects and initiatives as needed
Back-up manager and/or support team as required
Participate in non-O2C projects as designated
Additional Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
7+ years of project leadership / management
Extraordinarily motivated and self-directed to achieve results which contribute to the success of the organization
Expert problem solving and analytical skills, with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to rapidly learn and retain complex theories and apply as warranted
Change agility, ability to adjust and course-correct real-time.
Mapping system fields and functions to external electronic or flat file formats
Demonstrated history of delivering measurable process improvements
Understanding of various electronic languages and communication protocols (EDI or XML)
Very strong documentation skills (data and process flows, training documentation, MS Office Suite)
Excellent organizational skills, follow-through and timely responsiveness
Expert written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Enjoys being part of a global virtual team
Ability to support a flexible work schedule which sometimes requires availability to other time zones, projects, and team members as needed
BA/BS or equivalent experience in related fields

US: Hiring Range: from $84,300 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
