Responsible for building, maintaining, and automating infrastructure and tools used to automate the testing, security scanning, deployment, and monitoring of NMDP software. This position will support multiple cross functional teams, projects/domains within the application development and infrastructure teams to build solutions that are aligned with the organization s strategies and compliant with the NMDP s architectural standards. These solutions will support on premise and AWS based software. Specific duties include: Monitor the engineering department s tools and procedures and promote their evolution alongside the business s systems. Build automation frameworks for deployment, management, and minoring of web-based applications build, release, and configuration activities in constant collaboration with development teams. Deliver automated, cutting-edge solutions to cross functional teams to enable them to deliver faster business capabilities to stakeholders. Advocate and promote knowledge sharing and DevOps culture across the entire engineering department. Keep up with industry best practices, trends, and standards and identify automation opportunities that improve DevOps operations and efficiency across the organization. Ensure all development activities adhere to the NMDP defined architecture and security standards and follow the predefined processes/methodologies. Communicate with and coordinate activities with business units, IT production, infrastructure, and other members of the development team. Remote work is permissible. Multiple Openings.
