The base pay range for this role is estimated to be \$65,000-\$140,000 at the time of posting. Tasks and Qualifications: This is What We Are Looking For: Support , maintain and develop HR business applications and functionality specifically within UKG Ultipro, UKG Dimensions including related integrations including but not limited to Workday and SAP aligning with business needs and KION IT data standards and governance. Participates in HR projects as an integral part of a cross-functional team to support the definition, design, development, and delivery of HR solutions across UKG Pro, UKG Dimensions, and related integrations for Benefits and Payroll teams. Responsible for complete design, development and implementation of solutions which may include UKG technical support resources, or other third-party applications as required - in accordance with an agreed functional design from HR payroll and Benefits teams. Create and manage technical specifications/documentation and communicates with cross functional develop team to optimize design/development resources. Contribute as required- to our KION IT Global BT program relative to HR systems/applications for the NA region as it pertains to change control, integrations, and data management. Support audit events/requirements as needed related to your applications and data management therein as required. Support issue management and resolution daily in our IT ticket systems in alignment with Service SLAs.
