Description:

the client is looking for Project Managers to run their Microsoft Datacenter build outs. This person will be able to sit remote and travel to site for as needed meetings and for Level 0,1, and 2 testing. They will be responsible for the overall P&L on the project that includes materials, workforce, scope changes and change orders associated. This person will be on conference calls daily with the trades updating on the progress of their teams and any challenges associated that need to be addressed. They will also be updating the GC on the schedule and how they are keeping up. The PM's are responsible for the workforce and ensuring they have enough resources on site to get the work done in a quality manner.

All projects are West of Phoenix so would like to have people on that side of town.

Good written and communication skills- One of the challenges they have is they find people that are good in the field and can drive the job but cant communicate or send emails. This person will need to document daily where the project is and provide that back to the leadership team, heavy documentation and communication.

Some guys are very good at communication but not experienced enough to drive a job, so looking for someone that has both.

the client will provide any equipment needed to do the job.
