Our client, in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Stationary Engineer to join their team. As a Stationary Engineer, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance team. The ideal candidate will be reliable, have great communication skills and work well as part of a team, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Stationary Engineer

Location: Midlothian, TX

Pay Range: $26-$30, DOE

What’s the Job?

• Completion of routine and preventative maintenance work orders.

• Knowledge of building automation and transport systems.

• Monitor and facilitate the work of outside contractors performing repairs and/or installations on site.

• Perform effectively in an on-call role as needed.

What’s Needed?

• High school diploma or equivalent

• 5+ years of experience, healthcare facility preferred

• Valix Texas driver's license

• Basic computer proficiency
