About the Role: The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for achieving customer satisfaction within defined objectives for the company. This person will be managing customer accounts via orders, complaints and problem resolution and customer communication. High level of professional communication required. This includes taking lead on any IT issues that occur. Be a Key User for systems and a main resource for the department in knowledge transfer & trainings. Manage and research daily reports & metrics, while dispersing to the appropriate parties. Provide solutions for daily inquiries from internal staff.
