Here, you will make an impact by: * Initiating, identifying, recommending, and leading projects in the manufacturing area of responsibility to improve safety, quality, service, cycle time, and cost (productivity) and becoming the subject matter expert (SME) * Developing process expertise becoming the subject matter expert (SME) for the manufacturing processes in the area of responsibility and collaborating, mentoring with team members as a senior manufacturing engineer * Leading improvement projects and problem-solving events to determine root causes, proactively communicating project direction and status to appropriate personnel * Monitoring and improving manufacturing operations using Lean Six Sigma tools and methodology (design of experiments, statistical process control, lean management system, kaizens, DMAIC) * Working closely with production and maintenance teams to perform troubleshooting activities and resolve equipment/downtime issues

Work location: * Onsite (Meriden, CT)

Travel: May include up to 10% domestic/international

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.

Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
