The Facility Transformation CI Leader will be instrumental using, deploying, and teaching the lean concepts in the OWPS toolkit to help improve Watts performance Improvement. The leader will ensure the proper use of OWPS - standards, improvements, changes. You will work with site and platform/BU leadership to achieve improvements to business processes and will lead transitions that are linked to Watts strategy and focused on the customer, resulting in balanced scorecard improvements. Here\'s how you\'ll contribute: Deploy the One Watts Performance System - including usage of the materials, coaching of the materials, being a visible practitioner of OWPS. Use a hands-on approach; driving change using OWPS on the production floor, physically helping the teams implement lean improvements. Work directly with manufacturing operators to identified and solve issues through VSM, daily management, standard work, 3P/layout, cell design, material flow, TPM, SMED, 5S and visual management.
