Data Reconciliation Specialist(s)

The Data Reconciliation Specialist will review service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system) for accuracy and completeness. The Data Reconciliation Specialist will report to the Quality Manager. Duties and responsibilities include:

• Reviewing service data in the ADEPT system (or other designated Dispatch & Scheduling system), paying particular attention to trip coding

• Reviewing TRAC performance data from the telecommunication system

• Identifying questionable or incorrect data in either of the two systems mentioned above, and working with operations staff to make corrections as appropriate

• Working collaboratively with the Operations Reporting & Performance Analyst to ensure reports are accurate and reflect operational performance

Qualifications of the Data Reconciliation Specialist include:

• High school diploma or GED

• Previous experience in a data analysis role at a medium or large firm with large data sets

• Demonstrated ability to work independently

• Strong computer skills, with a particular focus on Excel and SQL proficiency

• Strong attention to detail

• Strong communication skills (written and oral)
