Responsibilities

Arrowhead Behavioral Health is currently offering unpaid Masters Level Social Work internships at our facility.

The Social Work Intern will work closely with the Social Services department employees on the following:

• Conduct bio psychosocial assessments

• Identify problems and effect ive interventions to facilitate transition back into the community

• Maintain routine contact with referral sources and outpatient providers

• Coordinate discharge and aftercare planning

• Attend treatment team meetings

• Case Management

• Contributes to the social services department as directed by their supervisor and/or Director of Clinical Services

  Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a behavioral health facility that provides psychiatric and chemical dependency services. We specialize in treatment for adults. Arrowhead Behavioral Health offers both inpatient and outpatient psychiatric and chemical dependent services.

  Qualifications

  Position Requirement:

  Must be a student, eligible for internship, in a Master’s Degree Program from an accredited college or university.

  The college or university must have an agreement with Arrowhead Behavioral Health to provide internship opportunities for their students.
