Location: Remote Role and Responsibilities: GRC PM * 5 Years of experience in technical project management with a focus on FedRAMP * Manage and facilitate the FedRAMP Program and all efforts related to it. * Coordinate with cross functional teams related to scoping, work break-down, critical path analysis, resourcing, time estimates, project risks, and quality. * Provide technical leadership in interpreting and implementing FedRAMP security controls. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical solutions align with FedRAMP requirements. * Track deliverables and ensure project milestones are completed as planned to meet business goals and objectives related to FedRAMP. * Brief leadership on project status when requested. * Coordinate with teams to resolve project blockers and ensure success. * Maintain knowledge of issues and proposed resolutions * Attend client meetings to determine additional requirements and communicate those requirements to respective teams for implementation. * Proven experience leading successful FedRAMP authorization efforts for cloud services. * Exceptional program management skills and organizational skills * Strong knowledge of NIST 800-53, 800-171, and 800-63. * Ability to quickly change priorities and handle simultaneous tasks. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Preferred experience: * Experience building executive level report-outs for large IT projects * Experience running large, complex IT projects that require engagement across multiple stakeholder groups * Experience working with tools like Jira, ServiceNow, and Smartsheets * Experience supporting year 0 security certification projects/programs is preferred, however any experience with technology audits is acceptable.Relevant examples include: * FedRAMP StateRAMP * Federal Audits - IRS Pub 1075, FERPA, etc. * DFARS CMMC * Less relevant but still applicable - SOC2, ISO27001 * Experience working with IT security teams or, ideally, as part of security/compliance projects * Nice to have: Experience working in both agile and more traditional project management processes Qualifications: PMI PMP or related certifications preferred. Salary and Other Compensation: Application will be accepted until 3/14/2024. The annual salary for this position is between $120k - $140k depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
