Here, you will make an impact by:Leverage your experience with all levels of the software stack, including backend databases and APIs, frontend UI frameworks, cloud services, and IoT device integration.Collaborate with research teams in corporate research and business labs to build capabilities and applications to solve emerging healthcare challenges.Collaborate in an agile, cross-functional team to rapidly deliver IoT solutions.Synthesize customer requirements, prioritize solutions, and deliver exceptional value to the customerYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university and a minimum of seven (7) years of software development experience in a private, public, government or military environmentORMaster's or PhD degree in a science or engineering discipline from an accredited institution and a minimum of three (3) years of software development experience in a private, public, government or military environmentAdditional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience developing with AWS and Azure services such as CloudFormation, CloudWatch, EC2, Sagemaker, DynamoDB, Lambda, S3, Greengrass, Virtual Machines, Databricks, CosmosDB, AWS IoT, etcAbility to work with many languages and frameworks including Python, C#, C , Java, JavaScript, HTML, React, Angular, and othersExperience following disciplined development practices including code versioning (Git, GitHub, DevOps, etc), code reviews, and unit and integration testingExperience developing IoT infrastructure and applicationsAbility to manage the ambiguity of early-stage scouting and evaluation of new opportunitiesSelf-motivated and self-directedExcellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation)For current employees, internal transfer restrictions may not apply.
