As an Electrical Maintenance Technician at Micron Technology, Inc., you will be responsible for ensuring uninterrupted supply of electrical service for the site. This is accomplished through continuous improvement and development of skills associated with the electrical trade. In this role, you will support the installation, removal, and repair oh high and low voltage equipment. Additional responsibilities include: serving as a resource for engineering and operations, domain expert for internal customers, and maintaining accurate maintenance records for proper tracking.

Successful Candidates for this role:

• Provide timely and detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment.

• Provide effective and competent response to restore equipment to service as soon as possible, in the event of a system failure.

• Identify and respond according to alarm conditions

• Provide effective and timely support to resolve equipment issues.

• Identify and resolve chronic equipment alarm issues.

• Identify and reduce equipment defects to improve quality and maximize system stability.

• Maintain records on testing and calibrations of equipment.

• Assist with installation, modification, repair and removal of facilities equipment.

• Provide a high level of service with strong customer focus and build effective relationships with supported teams.

Requirements:

• Must be possess an Electrical Journeymen's Licenses or have the ability to obtain said License with in 6 months of employment

• Must have a working knowledge of Industrial Electrical Equipment

• Good Troubleshooting skills

• Be able to read and understand Blueprints/ Electrical schematics

• 6+ months of experience as an Electrician or an Electrical Maintenance Technician
