In this role, you will oversee the operational and financial performance of DSI and our portfolio. Cultivating and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, vendors and other key stakeholders, servicing as the primary point of contact for property-related inquiries and issues. Staying abreast of market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation throughout the organization and across all managed properties. Qualifications I We are looking for candidate who bring a unique blend of skills and experience to this role: Associate degree or bachelor\'s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of 10 years in a leadership role in the property management field with a demonstrated track record of success in overseeing residential and commercial portfolios. Superior knowledge of multiple operational functions and principles, including finance, customer service, and employee management. Ability to plan, streamline and implement new operational structures and roles that create speed, efficiency, and support rapidly shifting business demands. Strong knowledge of property management and tenant/landlord practices, laws, rules, and regulations. Good command of leasing and marketing practices.
