Amazon Sr. Marketing Manager, EU Tax and Trade Compliance in Luxembourg, Luxembourg

Description

Over 2 million Sellers in 10 countries list their products for sale on the Amazon Marketplace. Sellers are a critical part of Amazon’s ecosystem to deliver on our vision of offering the Earth’s largest selection and lowest prices. Cost and time spent on VAT compliance is a key friction point and a blocker for new Sellers to start and then expand their business in the EU and UK.

VAT Services on Amazon (VISA) aims to make VAT compliance friction-less and cheap for Sellers so that they can focus on Selling. We do this by providing an online product for Amazon Sellers (on Seller Central) to VAT-register in 7 countries and to file their VAT Returns in these countries at the desired intervals.

With upcoming new legislations over the next 3-4 years, the product is at cross roads and requires a pivot in the strategy to deliver its value proposition to Sellers. As a Senior Marketing Manager for our product, you will influence across various teams worldwide to (1) define the desired seller experience to increase adoption, (2) identify areas of improvement based on weekly business reviews and feedback from partner teams, and (3) work closely with Amazon program teams to scale our sellers reach.

You will develop, iterate and execute strategic and scalable marketing plans to increase our seller outreach, while considering the different cohorts of users and their specific needs, and accompanying our sellers in our value proposition shift.
