Assistant Superintendent

Our client is looking for an Assistant Superintendent to join their company. The position will primarily focus on interior tenant fit out projects. Responsible for all day to day operations on project sites.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

-Manage all subcontractors on site

-Handle all scheduling of manpower and materials

-Maintain project budget and schedule

-Perform daily reports and progress meetings.

Superintendent, Construction, General Contractor, Subcontractor Management

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience working in a construction environment as an assistant Superintendent

-Experience working for a General contractor managing commercial project schedules/budgets.

-Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction documents.

-Experience managing a wide variety of projects.

-Manage multiple subcontractors at a time on project.

-Maintain project schedule and ensure materials are on site.
