We are looking for an account CTA to become a trusted advisor to our Home Office customer and the technical figurehead for our delivery team. Your strategic role will be focused on solving customer problems though technology, providing thought leadership, creating roadmaps and innovating. You will work as part of our Home Office senior leadership team.

Creating and executing a vision – this will entail, creating proposals, taking ownership of roadmaps, working with strategic partners, and owning relationships with senior IT and business customer representatives.

Maintaining technical excellence - by being the recognized technical leader for Fujitsu delivery at the Home Office, you will protect Fujitsu and our customer through solutions and pre-sales governance. You will create and then manage a team of architects and be the technology figure head for all project and service delivery teams.

Key responsibilities include:

Creating and executing a vision –

• Relationship management – to senior technology director level, find business problems

• Roadmap – create and own a roadmap

• Innovation – bring new thinking

• Proposals – create costed proposals, pitch ideas

• Strategic partnerships – own key partnership relationships with Microsoft, AWS, ServiceNow

• Thought leadership – bring new ideas and technical thinking

• Industry presence – be visible to the marketplace, promote Fujitsu

• Department value – be passionate about adding value to the Home Office

Maintaining technical excellence -

• Pre-sales governance – Protecting Fujitsu and our customers

• Architecture governance – ensuring the integrity of customer environments

• Technical figurehead – providing leadership to all Fujitsu colleagues and to our customer stakeholders

• Fujitsu Exec engagement – reporting progress and coaching upwards

• Product feedback – overlaying real word knowledge to target Fujitsu investments

• Solution ownership – leading complex multi-service line solutions

• People leadership – coaching teams of architects, direct or matrix management

Your experience

You will have been successful in leading architecture teams in customer facing roles, across multiple technology domains – Applications, Data, Cloud and Workplace.

You will be comfortable in a customer facing technology leadership role and have a passion for fixing business problems with innovative technology solutions.
