Develop and implement manufacturing solutions for continuous improvement projects, product changes and new products. Resolve, quality, engineering, manufacturing and design issues for new and existing products. Ensure machines and manufacturing equipment meets safety, throughput, cost and quality requirements. Monitor and report KPIs to support business operating systems. Ensure adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.

Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Industrial Engineering or a related field and one year of experience as a Continuous Improvement Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer or related position. Position also requires: one year of experience conducting Process Optimization and Process Flow Bottleneck Analyses; one year of experience with 5s standardization, standard work and visual management; one year of experience coordinating with manufacturing plant operations team and working with lean resources to ensure optimal process flow and plant layout; one year of experience utilizing DFM, DFA, PFMEA, APQP and PPAP; one year of experience performing Design of Experiments (DoE) simulations and Feasibility Analysis of new technologies for production lines; one year of experience implementing equipment replacement and modification and performing preventative maintenance for production lines; experience performing ANOVA data analysis and presenting to customers and management teams.
