This job requires a minimum of three months of verifiable prior experience working in a nursery handling both manual and machine tasks associated with nursery production. Requires exposure to extreme temperatures, repetitive movements, extensive sitting or walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and extensive pushing or pulling. Applicants must be able to furnish veifiable job reference(s) or comparable third party documentation from recent employer(s) establishing acceptable prior experience. Workers must be able to perform manual as well as mechanized activities with accuracy and effiency. Work week is Monday through Friday. Saturday and Sunday work may be offered but not required. Must be able to lift/carry 50-100 lbs. Employer-paid post-hire drug testing is required upon reasonable suspicion of use.
