DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Description Kenvue is currently recruiting for:

2nd Shift Electrical Systems Technician

This position reports to the Senior Team Leader of facilities and is based in Lititz, PA

Role reports to: Patrick Danneker Location: Lititz, PA Travel %: 0

Pay: 39.66/hr during training, after 120 days- 41.43/hr (Union)

What you will do The shift systems technician is responsible for work related to repair, maintenance, calibration, troubleshooting and efficiency improvement associated with electrical and instrumental devices and systems. This work may also include equipment and process improvement, design and installation activities, as well as programming associated with control systems. Adhere to requirements for Good Manufacturing Practice as specified by the Food and Drug Administration as related to the job of Systems Technician. This individual will observe all safety rules, practices and procedures in the performance of duties and assist in training other personnel, as the need arises, with similar or overlapping job functions.

Key Responsibilities * Direct packaging and manufacturing line support * Responsible for work related to repair, maintenance, troubleshooting and efficiency improvement associated with electrical and instrumental devices and systems * Preventative and corrective maintenance * Calibration * Equipment and process improvements

Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications * Minimum of a High School Diploma/GED * Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in an industrial setting preferably with an emphasis on automation and computer science technology or someone who has graduated from a post high school trade program (i.e. programming PLC's expertise in electrical/electronic systems on facilities equipment and processing instrumentation) * Effective communication skills and ability to meet the physical requirements of the job which include: working in a temperature regulated areas, climbing over, into and under machinery for repair execution, bending, stooping and lifting of weight up to 50 pounds.

Desired Qualifications * Experience with calibration and utility equipment (boilers, HVAC units, chillers, air compressors, USP Water preferred. * A knowledge assessment test will be administered to qualified candidates.
