Honeywell Project Manager - Building Automation in Las Vegas, Nevada

As a Project Manager here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing and executing complex programs within the Building Automation (BA) Strategic Business Group (SBG). You will play a key role in driving the success of our BA programs by ensuring their timely delivery, managing resources, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Your expertise in program management will be crucial in achieving our business objectives and exceeding customer expectations.

You will report directly to our Sr. Program Manager and you'll work out of our Las Vegas, NV location on a hybrid work schedule. This position includes up to 30% travel out to client sites in the Las Vegas and Utah areas.

In this role, you will make an impact by:

• Leading the planning, execution, and monitoring of programs to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards • Collaborating with stakeholders to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables • Managing program risks and issues, and implementing mitigation strategies • Monitoring program progress and providing regular updates to stakeholders • Ensuring effective communication and coordination among team members and stakeholders • Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing best practices

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

YOU MUST HAVE

• 5+ years of experience in program management or related field • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with building automation systems and technologies • Knowledge of program management methodologies and tools
