WorkSource Oregon Account Manager (CSR) in LA GRANDE, Oregon

We are seeking a motivated and organized Insurance Account Manager to join our agency. The Account Manager (CSR) will assist the Producer, while performing all aspects of day to day customer service. Qualifications: * Have or obtain Oregon insurance license within the first 90 days of hire. Wheatland Insurance will pay for all pre-licensing education. * Assertive self-starter with great customer services skills. * Previous insurance experience is desirable, but not necessary. Employer Note: * Above Average Analytical Skills, Excellent Phone Communication, Punctuality, Excellent Written Communication, Positive Attitude, Self-Motivated, Team Player and Exceptional Customer Service Skills are a few of our must haves. Duties: * Handles telephone calls of all types. * Attention to detail and good time management skills. * Data entry on agency management system. * Processes new and renewal accounts. * Handles normal account service activity. * Works closely with Producers and other Account Managers. * Performs additional assigned duties as necessary.
