This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced CNC professional to contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:- Set up and operate CNC machines to fabricate parts according to precise specifications.- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining processes.- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC equipment to ensure optimal functionality.- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to ensure quality and efficiency in machining and manufacturing processes.- Monitor machining operations, making necessary adjustments to maintain product quality and adherence to tolerances.- Ensure proper tooling selection, changeovers, and programming adjustments for different jobs.- Perform thorough inspection of finished parts using various measuring instruments and gauges.- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following company protocols and industry standards.Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications or coursework in machining is a plus).- Preferred Minimum of 5 years of CAD/CAM CNC machining experience in a precision manufacturing environment.- Proficiency in setting up and programming CNC machines.- Solid understanding of G-code programming and CAD/CAM software.- Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling selection, and material properties.- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and specifications.- Attention to detail, with a focus on producing high-quality, accurate parts.- Effective problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machining issues.- Excellent teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.- Collaboration with production departments in creation of fixtures, either machined or printed.
