Join the BluePrint Engines team as a Production and Assembly - 1st Shift employee in Kearney, NE. We are a fast-growing leader in high-performance engines for the hot rod industry, and we're looking for motivated and dependable individuals to help us maintain our success. In this role, you'll work in a clean, air-conditioned, and heated facility, performing various tasks to ensure the quality of our products. Responsibilities

• Perform work tasks as assigned by the supervisor
• Follow work instructions to maintain product quality
• Monitor equipment and notify the supervisor of any malfunctions
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete required paperwork
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• This position requires standing for long periods of time.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we are willing to train motivated and dependable individuals
• Previous experience in manufacturing and engine knowledge is a plus, but not required

Compensation

• Pay range: $17.50 - $21/hour

Hours

• 1st shift(standard 48-hour work week, automatic overtime built into each Friday)
  • Monday - Thursday 6:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
  • Friday 6:00 a.m. - 2:30 p.m.
    • Additional overtime could include Fridays until 4:30 p.m. and/or Saturdays 6:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
