JOB TITLE: Trading Services ManagerLOCATION: 545 Washington Blvd, Jersey City, NJ 07310. Telecommuting permitted up to 40% of the week.DUTIES: Responsible for Project Management functions including keeping all deliverables in a clear and concise project plan, driving deliverables, and timely completion of milestones. Partner with Technology and Business groups to create innovative solutions to modernize our technology platform and drive operational efficiencies. Drive decision making and prioritize delivery across high priority program milestones. Develop a team of business analysts, delegate tasks, and manage deliverables. Advise and influence senior leaders and business executives on key business decisions and major change initiatives. Serve as a subject matter expert and evaluate and leverage the latest technology available to address technology performance, automated testing capabilities, and new functionality improvements. Partner with stakeholders across business units and manage external vendor relationships to define roadmaps and enhancements. Develop effective presentations and project material for stakeholders to communicate project progress, recommendations, and decisions.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any), Finance, Business Administration, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems, or related field of study plus five (5) years of experience in the job offered or as a Trading Services Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Technical Lead/Specialist, Implementation Lead, or related occupation. Requires experience in the following: syndicated loans and trading, including credit agreements, loan trading documents, calculations, and settlement processes; Loan Syndications and Trading Association and Loan Market Association market standards; syndicated loan processes and systems including LoanIQ, ACBS, Flexcube, and Markit platforms; story mapping, user journeys, process maps, and technical writing for business, finance, and accounting; Figma; JIRA; Agile methodology; UI and UX design and development; user acceptance testing; software testing; maintenance test automation.
