Job Description

A tobacco company in Jacksonville, Florida is looking for a Power BI Developer to be onsite 3 days a week (smoking environment). You will be the 3rd Power BI Developer and wear multiple hats. You will collaborate with end users to develop reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision making and use that data to solve organization problems through reports, analysis, and data visualization. Your days could range from meeting with the business unit to understand what they need/exploring their current data to meeting about a specific project or report request. You build and modify database tables and views and optimize SQL queries and indexes.

Skills and Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems or related field

* 4+ years in Business Intelligence developing/managing reports and data sources.

* Demonstrated knowledge of developing a reporting architecture, dashboards, and portals with Power BI

* Experience installing, upgrading, and configuring Power BI across multiple servers or cloud platforms.

* Able to communicate and influence the business managers into different types of reports/information.

* Expert knowledge in Power BI

* Strong SQL Data Warehousing null
