Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Copywriter for a hybrid work schedule in Irvine, California. This role will involve working with various teams to create engaging marketing, social media, and blog content for all divisions and regions. The ideal candidate will be a team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional attitude under pressure.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with National Content and National Marketing teams to produce quality marketing, social media, and blog content.

• Interact with Divisional Marketing teams for input but mainly rely on the service department for job assignments and direction.

• Attend production and creative strategy meetings regularly.

• Practice creativity in approach as well as execution to campaigns, naming, and more.

• Self-edit copy and adhere to the company style guide.

• Adjust writing style and tone for different audiences as needed.

• Conduct research on market trends, home designs, and target audiences.

• Maintain regular contact and take direction from management and supervisors.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a copywriting role or similar

Real Estate a plus
