*Job Summary The * Construction Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises field personnel and/or subcontractors, as required to successfully complete the project on schedule and within budget. This also includes maintaining the highest quality, while administering appropriate construction safety practices with all on-site activities.

1. Maintains project administration in an appropriate and timely manner.
2. Assists with managing subcontractors by locating, evaluating, and selecting.
3. Coordinates subcontractors and craftsmen according to prioritiesand plans.
4. Implements project schedule and monitor attendance of crews.
5. Assists in scheduling and monitoring various third-party vendors.
6. Assists with ordering materials and equipment.
7. Assists in securing necessary permits
8. Prevents fines and work interruptions by complying with, and enforcing, codes.
9. Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following guidelines, quality standards, and procedures.
10. Meets operational standards by contributing construction information to strategic plans and reviews.
11. Meets construction budget and finance goals by monitoring project expenditures.
12. Thoroughly understands, executes and maintains blueprints/construction documents.
13. Approves construction projects by conducting inspections at critical phases.
14. Reports on progress to Project Manager and Project Owners.
15. Resolve problems when they arise.
