Job Description

• Responsible for managing 1 production manager, 3 supervisors and 100 hourly I a non-union machining operation
• Will drive productivity, on-time delivery and continuous improvement

*Key Requirements         *

• 2+ years of plant/operation management experience
• Direct labor in production experience
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering is preferred but not required
