Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Need to connect actively with customers for new business development

  • Understand customer products In & Out, By studying their products spec, multiple documentation etc.

  • As trusted thinking partner, Pitch in customer challenges or pain areas and help them with Quest Global proficiency

  • Connect our internal stakeholders (Multiple Departments) for right or on time solution, when there is dependency to meet customer needs.

  • Monitoring customer business (New products or Digital migration etc.) & support with our expertise

  • Project and program health, Sales campaigns, delivery led growth, relationship management (MRM, QRM).

  • Acquisition of new projects and purchase orders

  • Operational metrics, issues/escalations, succession planning, VBU and culture initiatives

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

  • Preferably from Energy domain

  • Based on customer requirements able to scope the work

  • Can able to coordinate with offshore team and outsource the work

  • Help answer team members technical questions. Standard work - creation and maintenance.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

  • Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

  • Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

  • Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

  • Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

  • Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
