Must have 8 to 10 years of construction management experience, OR a combination of a BA/ BS in a construction related field plus construction management experience totaling 10+ years Must have managed at least one job of $5-10 million value or greater Preferred experience in a ground up new construction or heavy renovation project, whether in a fully operational facility or not Experience in a QA/ QC methods, inspection, and enforcement

Superintendents at Butler-Cohen maintain a full time on site presence at the Project Site to guarantee our commitment to building the right way and by the most cost effective schedule conscious means possible. They are responsible for implementing and enforcing the safety culture as well as field supervision. Other tasks include organization and coordination of subcontractors, keeping cost records, controlling costs in materials and wages, and exercising control over construction progress. Observing and inspecting work of personnel employed in the construction of the Project.

Must be available to work flexible hours including weekends.
