Description

Robert Half is seeking a Hybrid Litigation Paralegal to assist in trial preparation and support in all aspects of litigation.

Responsibilities:

• Assist attorneys with case management, including drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.

• Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.

• Preparing exhibit notebooks and trial binders.

• Prepare discovery requests and responses, including document review and management.

• Coordinate with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.

• Manage electronic discovery databases and assist with trial preparation.

• Utilize technology and software platforms for case organization and document management.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files and documentation.

• Provide administrative support to attorneys as needed.

  Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal in litigation.

• Experience organizing trial binders is required.

• Strong understanding of civil procedure and legal terminology.

• Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw or LexisNexis.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.

• Experience with electronic discovery platforms (e.g., Relativity, Concordance) is preferred.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
