Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to optimize plant performance, enhance productivity, and drive continuous improvement.

• Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of plant operations, including production scheduling, quality control, inventory management, and maintenance.

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of managers, supervisors, and frontline employees to achieve operational goals and foster a culture of excellence.

• Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality requirements to maintain a safe and sustainable work environment.

• Budgetary Management: Develop and manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability while ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
