Creare is focused on developing new high-technology products for a variety of customers and marketplaces. We invite you to join the Creare team and apply your production management, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance knowledge in our exciting R&D prototype environment. Specific duties include: 1) understanding all aspects of Creare fabrication workflow and management approaches; 2) helping configure, refine, and maintain our electronic production management system; 3) identifying opportunities and implementing changes to streamline processes; 4) providing input to corporate management regarding need for additional resources; 5) managing fabrication efforts for specific projects; 6) recommending most appropriate fabrication methods for specified requirements and production quantities; 7) assessing make versus buy decisions; 8) estimating cost and schedule for fabrication activities; and 9) optimizing fabrication schedules while considering technical risk and overall timeline.
