As the Project Manager, you will:
- Manage a series of projects in areas including, but not limited to: product development, cost savings, and business development
- Ensure assigned projects are within approved budget, scope, and schedule
- Maintain proper documentation for all necessary processes
- Build relationships with internal and external partners to foster efficient project execution
- Support Skytron's product development and launch process
- Contribute to ongoing internal training
- Work cross-functionally to support and advance continuous improvement opportunities; working with functional leads to build commitment to organizational processes

- Possess a Bachelor's Degree
- Have knowledge of project and change management, including associated methodologies, techniques, processes, and approaches
- Have experience using resource management tools
- Have the ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
- Possess budget, cost, and business management skills
- Be proficient in Adobe Suite, Smartsheets, and Microsoft Office programs, including: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Excel
