Job Description:

NetSuite Functional Implementation Senior Consultant

The NetSuite Functional Implementation Senior Consultant is responsible for allphases of the software consulting life cycle including requirements gathering, process/system analysis, implementation, and ongoing support for NetSuite Cloud ERP. They will work within a project team and will be responsible for managing clients. This position will assess client needs, design solutions, and work as part of the implementation team to the client's satisfaction. Our consultants must have a passion for helping clients. Managing success against typical project constraints such as timelines and budget are a requirement of the job.

Responsibilities: Identify and document business requirements as per the Statement of Work Prioritize customer success and project scope Develop functional and process design and prototyping - functional and technical Build, develop and test scripted solutions Prepare test plans and criteria for the testing of the native and customization process of NetSuite and ensure quality delivery Work with the technical team to build, develop, and test customized solutions. Troubleshoot issues arising during configuration sessions. Develop testing plans and support customers through the testing cycle Responsible for the quality analysis of delivery for customization services for NetSuite clients Deliver full life cycle implementations with the client Transition customer after go-live to account management and support.

Qualifications: 2+ years consulting experience with NetSuite Cloud ERP Two full life cycle experiences in NetSuite ERP Implementation as a Functional Consultant. Strong Accounting/ Operations background At minimum, background/experience with Supply Chain, MRP, Inventory Management, WMS, "Built to Order" and "Plan to Make," Shipping, Manufacturing, and wholesale companies Strong understanding of the Sales and Accounting/ Finance process from Lead-to-Order, Order-to-Cash, at minimum. Build-to-Order, desired, but not required Identify, evaluate, and understand customer requirements to help with NetSuite set-up, configuration, and customization. Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills (MS Visio and MS PowerPoint) Strong organization and problem-solving skills Experience collaborating with multi-cultural teams Exceptional organization and multitasking skills Strong work ethic and ability to self-manage and take initiative on projects Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent NetSuite Certified Professional, desired, but not required This position may require travel up to 30%
