Your day.

As a Hand Surgeon you’ll work to provide top-notch care and patient experience. Throughout the day you’ll collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers, MAs, RNs, and coordinators.

  • Join a thriving, well established practice with 12 physician partners, including three Traumatologists and 9 APPs

  • Limited call obligation allowing for a well-balanced lifestyle

  • Broad, complex case diversity and a large patient catchment

  • Full clinical and administrative support in our spacious and modern outpatient clinic to ensure your clinic days run efficiently

  • Patient centered, compassionate care environment with a focus on the absolute best quality of care

  • This position offers very competitive guaranteed annual salary, health, vision, and dental insurance provided along with retirement benefits, paid vacation, and CME allowance.

Compensation:

Annual Base Salary: $560,000.00

wRVU Bonus: Earn an additional $75.00 per wRVU over 9440 wRVUs

Starting Bonus $30,000.00

Relocation: Tier 1: $10,000 Tier 2: $20,000

Standard Relocation bonus amounts will be tiered based on the relocation distance from city of origin to destination city as the crow flies.

  • Tier 1: Distance less than 450 miles

  • Tier 2: Distance greater than or equal to 450 miles

Student Loan Assistance $75.000.00

Your experience.

  • MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

  • Board certification or eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery

  • Fellowship training in Hand Surgery

  • Active, unobstructed Colorado medical license, or the ability to obtain one

  • Ability to successfully complete St. Mary’s credentialing process
