You will report to the Customer Care - Sales Manager. You will be responsible for sales to legacy customers within the West Region of the US. On a given day, you may: Strengthen the relationship between JBT FoodTech and its customers by proposing solutions to customer issues using our customer care organization and resources. Increase sales of parts, providing pricing, availability, and service kit and upgrade project offerings. Provide direction on parts promotion and sales volume improvement. Use sales enablement tools (share of wallet calculator, Salesforce funnel management and activity tracking) to maintain JBT sales within the territory and report out results. Be the go-to resource for any problems arising from the sale of JBT parts Nurture and maintain positive working relationships with important customers. Work with Service Managers, Parts Managers, Project Management and Sales to promote and grow parts, projects and ProCare sales within the territory. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales to OEM customers 8 years' experience in territory sales of food processing equipment Manage within time constraints across a diverse group of people. Present options to all levels of company representatives Work with other teams Collect and analyze appropriate data to determine strength of opportunities and best use of resources. Travel & Location You will work remotely from home office and travel to customer sites within the West Region. #LI-Remote Requires travel approximately 50% of the time (overnight, weekends on occasion) Role is responsible for sales within the West Region – California, Washington, Oregan, Arizona, New Mexico, Dakotas, Colorado, Wyoming and Montana.
