We are looking for a Process Engineer to join a growing team within a brand new facility!

Responsibilities:

• Complete tool qualifications

• Develop plastic processing project instructions

• Ensure instructions ascertain test specifications, procedures, objectives and test equipment

• Identify the nature of technical problems and develop possible solutions such as part redesign, substitution of materials or pats, or rearrangement of parts or subassemblies

• Devise and recommend new or modified components of plastic injection molding machinery

• Conduct tests such as process window studies and design of experiments of plastic injection molding processes to investigate proposals for improving equipment

• Use instrumented tooling with cavity pressure sensing such as RJG or Kistler for process development and monitoring
