FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH - OPEN COMPETITIVE OPPORTUNITY

Your Specific Responsibilities:

This position is responsible for creating documents for the North Central Florida Care Consortium. This includes and is not limited to creating agenda, sending out meeting notices and reminders, keeping current member email list, running meeting on Microsoft Teams or similar format, compiling meeting minutes and providing to members as well as any documents that need to go out. Maintaining attendance log. Creating and maintaining Consortium calendar. Update Consortium script prior to each meeting. Ensuring Consortium Chair, Vice Chair and Secretary have documents they need prior to meeting. Keeping track of consumer attendance and sending out GTY Coupons.

This position is responsible for updating HMS, CareWare, Ryan White Portal demographic information based on information provided by the Medical Case Managers, ADAP staff, Care and Treatment Navigators or Eligibility Staff. This position also is responsible for checking clinic and labs schedules for the Alachua County Health Department HIV clinic and updating Insurance or Notice of Eligibility letters and providing to appropriate staff. Responsible for scanning Medical Case Management records into appropriate database and auditing already scanned charts. Responsible for checking the Medical Case Managers PO Box and distributing to appropriate MCM. Delivering mail to Catholic Charities or Well Florida as necessary. Assisting staff with completing travel reimbursement.

Take and prepare for distribution Ryan White and HIV staff meeting minutes.

Purchase Requester for RW/HIV/STD program.

Performs other related duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Microsoft Office experience

Taking or Transcribing meeting minutes

Qualifications:

Minimum – High School Diploma

Valid Driver’s License
