We are seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations within the sales department.
Duties:
- Collaborate with internal and external sales representatives.
- Assist in preparing and delivering quote packages.
- Coordinate sales-related activities such as order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory management.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support outside sales representatives in their daily activities.
- Receiving contracts and agreements from customers.
Experience:
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors and internal personnel.
- Experience in manufacturing industry/sales is desirable. - Basic computer skills
