Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY: Manage Regional Sales Representatives’ (RSRs) activities within assigned region. Reporting to the Vice-President of US Field Sales for Implant Direct, this position implements the overall sales strategy to meet the growth and customer relationship objectives of the business. Providing leadership, management, and coaching to the Southeast region of the sales organization.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Review weekly activity by RSRs on weekly Daily Management reviews, and utilize Problem-solving-process to understand issues and develop countermeasures.

  • Approve expense reports for RSRs.

  • Attend and generate sales at various Trade Shows, Educational Courses and sales events.

  • Maintain high level of product knowledge, including competitive products.

  • Coach a team of Regional Sales Representatives on product knowledge and company sales platform / approach.

  • Co-travel with Regional Sales Representatives and rate performance on Co-Travel Report.

  • Set goals for Regional Sales Representatives and ensure assigned region meets monthly, quarterly and annual sales growth.

  • Maintain relationships with all key customers within assigned region. Uphold all Company policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Minimum of 5 years outside sales experience with a business that manufactures, sells and distributes its own product(s).

  • Experience with a medical device manufacturer preferred.

  • High level of technical and material knowledge of dental products; especially dental implants.

  • Experience managing a sales team preferred.

  • Should live within the region (Florida, Georgia, Alabama)

Target Market Salary Range:

Actual compensation packages take into account a wide range of factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location; skill sets; relevant education and certifications; depth of experience; performance; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
