The Construction Manager oversees all aspects of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety, scope, cost, and schedule, while coordinating with project teams, contractors, and subject matter experts to meet industry standards and specifications. responsibilities:

• Monitor safety, scope, cost, and schedule during construction phase.

• Directly report to Project Manager (PM).

• Supervise all project team members during construction phase.

• Ensure construction adheres to applicable codes and specifications.

• Facilitate pre-construction meetings emphasizing safety and communicate recommendations with PM.

• Oversee pre-fab and onsite construction, monitoring safety, scope, quality, risk, schedule, and budget.

• Report progress to PM daily.
