Kuehne+Nagel Outbound Administrator in Eskilstuna, Sweden

We are looking for a motivated Outbound Administrator in Eskilstuna to supervise our teams in the warehouse.

Your Role

As an Outbound Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments, managing transportation documentation, and maintaining accurate records of outgoing goods. You'll work closely with team leaders and outbound teams to meet customer demands.

Your Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all items are physically loaded and that all shipments are sent out systematically.

  • Continuously verify that everything aligns to avoid surprises during the loading process.

  • Ensure that the correct number of trucks is available to meet delivery demands.

  • Create tickets for customers to rectify errors, such as arranging for an additional truck, canceling a truck, or addressing delays.

  • Track outgoing volume of shipments, cages and pallets.

  • Monitor incoming volumes of cages and pallets.

  • Plan and communicate to the warehouse team where outgoing goods can be placed.

  • Create new filters in the system for stacking and staging as needed.

  • Replace damaged or missing stacking/staging codes if necessary.

  • Provide support to sorting/loading operations when required.

  • React and communicate when staff are lacking in knowledge or fail to meet performance and quality standards.

  • Respond and notify production management when there's a risk of sorting or loading tasks not being completed on time.

  • Gather information on the cause of issues and propose solutions when things go wrong.

  • Monitor the "fill rate" of pallets.

Your Skills and Experiences

  • Education in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in similar roles involving warehouse logistics and customer service.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Solid knowledge of goods receiving, storage, and distribution processes.

  • Fluent in Swedish and English.

  • Ability to organize and problem-solve.

  • Proficiency in MS Office tools.
