Description:

Our client has a gap in their current superintendent roles. The client refers to this position internally as Site Manager. They are beginning the site work and development for a school system. As part of a $40 Million bond they are building a new early child care facility, renovating elementary, and adding an activity center.

• Lead the project in the field

• Sets up Job Site Office

• Maintains Relationship with Owner

• Supervises and Coordinates Contractors

• Builds and Manages the Schedule

• Ensures Delivery of Long lead items

• Runs Progress Meetings Authors Minutes

• Responsible for Daily Operations/Daily Reports

• Resolves issues in the Field/Manages RFI's

• Reviews and Approves Pay Apps

• Ensures Completion on Time on Budget

Skills & Qualifications:

Must Have:

• Construction Experience with the following:

o Maintaining relationships with owners

o Coordinate with owner and contractors

o Maintain Daily Reports

o Approve Payment for Approved Change orders

o Resolve problems with architect, contractor, and owner's representative

o Review shop drawings prior to installation

o Quality Control

-Ground up Building Construction

-Managed general trades (Concrete, Excavation, Etc.)

-Computer aptitude and knowledge
