Position specific skills and experience desired in a potential candidate 4+ years of experience as Test Project Manager, Test Engineer, and/or Range Engineer Experience within Air Force Test Center enterprise desired Advanced knowledge of 96 TW Test Project Management processes and functional responsibilities of respective Groups/Squadrons within 96 TW is highly desired Understanding and routine use of various classified networks for data generation, analysis, and configuration control. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Knowledge of program and project management concepts, principles, and techniques as applied to the development test and evaluation environment Knowledge of the laws, principles and practices of facility construction/renovation, logistics and program management. Knowledge in weapon systems test and evaluation practices and procedures including knowledge of the various test facilities found in the Major Range Test and Facilities Base (MRTFB). Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structures and operation of the DoD, Air Force and organizations that govern, interface with, and or influence the systems acquisition process, Civil Engineering, and Logistics Support. Ability to understand overall project objectives and to coordinate the efforts of various functional disciplines (e.g., project control, operations, engineering, contracting logistics support, etc.) in order to ensure projects are developed and produced that meet customer content objectives within established cost and schedule parameters.
