We are seeking a skilled and experienced. experienced SAGE 100 Administrator to join our ERP Application support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and ensuring the efficient operation of Goal Zero’s Sage 100 ERP ecosystems in alignment with business processes and requirements across all departments. This involves the implementation, configuration, maintenance, upgrading of the Sage systems and providing technical support to end-users. The administrator will play a critical role in the planning and execution of change management strategies to support the Sage platforms, using their strong communication and problem -solving skills to address any issues that arise in the deployment and day-to-day operation of these critical systems.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Guarantee that Sage 100 ecosystems align with business needs, meet user expectations, and resolve system issues effectively.

  • Implement and monitor change management procedures for the Sage ecosystems across all departments.

  • Coordinate/communicate with Sage vendors to address any problems or urgent situations promptly.

  • Develop and maintain custom reports.

  • Perform data imports, exports and data integrity checks to ensure accurate and consistent data within Sage.

  • Provide ongoing support to end users and logging incidents using ServiceNow.

  • Work with IT department in customizations with Sage 100 to align with business processes and requirements.

  • Work with PM on development and implementation of Sage ERP solutions.

  • Document system configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Support IT team in execution of corporate initiatives that rely on Sage 100 ecosystem.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • 5+ years of experience with Sage 100 software and applications.

  • Understanding of enterprise-level applications including, but not limited to Sage 100, CRM, Mapadoc, Starship, ScanForce, etc.

  • Experience in a collaborative environment.

  • Proficiency in Sage 100 customization and configuration, including module setup, user permissions, and security settings.

  • Experience with Knowledgesync, Crystal Reports, or similar reporting tools.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues independently.

  • Service-oriented with excellent organizational goals and objectives understanding.

  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Sage 100 Systems Administrator Specialist certification or relevant professional certifications.

  • Experience with SQL Server.

  • Familiarity with integration tools and techniques for connecting Sage 100 with other systems.

Physical Requirements/Working Conditions:

  • Open office environment – Primarily- Onsite Draper UT – 4/1 Hybrid

  • Willingness to work nights or weekends when necessary.

  • Engagement in meetings, presentations, and trainings.

  • Occasionally lifting up to 25lbs as appropriate to perform duties and responsibilities.

  • Lifting, bending, sitting, reaching, standing, manual dexterity may be required.
