What You Need for this Position
2+yrs experience with customer interaction / customer support / customer management
Tech Savvy (comfortable in technical conversations, can talk the talk, whether it be in IT/software/hardware/networking, etc)
Project Management (experience and desire to take ownership and lead your project)
It is a plus if you have any experience in:
What You Will Be Doing
Will have the technical chops to troubleshoot issues onsite with wireless controls
Talking to customers
Responsible for building out a 'Customer Service Plan'
Follow up on issues resulting from poor documentation, or customer's inability to log into their account
