Responsibilities include: Serve as a technical leader on complex projects Plans, designs, and directs mutli-modal transportation engineering projects Investigates marketing opportunities to attract clients and work for Mead & Hunt Prepare and monitor budgets Build and lead teams to promote and support client demands Promote the reputation of the company and increase business by being widely recognized outside the company as a technical expert A valid driver's license and some travel will be required The successful candidate will have all of the following: A bachelor's degree (or higher) in civil engineering At least eight years of relevant work experience A PE license in Colorado or ability to obtain within 3 months of hire

The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following: Colorado DOT experience Project management or functioning as a technical leader on complex projects including preparing and monitoring budgets Mentoring team members Developing marketing opportunities All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, protected veteran status, or disability.
